  • FAE Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Assisted the sales to do pre-sales technical consultation, and answered the product technical questions raised by customers.

    2. Deepened customer requirements and prepared specifications, technical plans and other technical documents.

    3. Responsible for the technical problems in the prototype testing process, and assist the business to push the project forward until the completion of the test.

    4. Provide partial after-sales technical support for key customers, such as providing remote or on-site technical services.

    5. Monitored the after-sales problems of key customers, timely fed back to the quality department and assisted in closing quality problems.

    6. Analyzed and summarized the problems encountered by customers, organized them into documents and conducted internal technical training.

    Job Requirements:

    1. College degree or above, major in microelectronics/applied physics/semiconductor materials/Electronic Science and Technology/integrated circuit is preferred.

    2. Proactive, strong learning ability, quick to learn new things.

    3. Good communication skills, clear thinking, able to quickly locate problems and propose solutions, and have a good sense of service.
